YOGA STRETCH

This session is designed for the student just starting out in yoga, or the student looking for a gentle stretch for conditioning of the body, improving flexibility, strength and posture.

BEGINNER YOGA

If you have never practiced yoga, or haven't practiced in a long time, this session introduces you to the basic principles of safety, alignment and breath work in traditional yoga postures. No intimidation at all, just a caring, light and fun atmosphere while learning the tradition of yoga.

YIN YOGA

A gentle, slow-paced, introspective and meditative practice. Yin gives muscles a break by passively holding poses typically 3-5 minutes, accessing deep tissue and mostly targeting the stressing of the connective tissue of the lower back.

POWER YOGA

This is a well-paced practice for increased stamina, strength and flexibility.  Connecting breath with movement in a sequence of poses artfully placed together, the student will learn to forget the challenges of life and tune into the body, mind and spirit.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

A deeply relaxing and restful practice using bolsters, blankets and essential oils to help you tune out and drop into peace.  This session aims at the restoration of the whole mind, body and spirit. Self care is self love!

REIKI/CHAKRA ALIGNMENT SESSIONS

Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots based in Japan. It is a "universal life force energy" we all have access to. During these gentle, restorative sessions, your own healing energy is channeled back to you through the hands of the Reiki practitioner facilitating the healing process.  This practice is also coupled with a Seven Chakra Scan to check the energy wheels/centers of the body that correspond to the nervous system, organs and areas of energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well being.  

According to your needs, these sessions range in time from 1 1/2 hours, 2 hours, or also a 1/2 day retreat experience.  You can find more about Reiki sessions and retreats here.
